Travel Services – Terms & Conditions

We act as a travel planning and arrangement agent. Unless explicitly stated, we are not the provider of accommodation, transportation, or third-party services.

• Trip planning and booking arrangements.
• Local coordination and support.
• Stand-alone experiences operated directly by us (when stated).
• Our service fees are separate from travel costs.

Travel services (e.g. hotels, transport) are contracted directly between you and the provider. We may pay suppliers on your behalf as a payment agent. These amounts are pass-through costs, not our revenue.

Our fees are clearly itemized. Pass-through costs are billed at actual cost. Consumption tax applies only to our service fees, where required by Japanese law.

• Before we deliver the first draft of your itinerary, or within 7 days of confirmation, whichever is later: we refund 100% of the deposit.
• After the first draft and before the final itinerary: the deposit is non-refundable and we do not charge the balance.
• After we deliver the final itinerary: the payment is non-refundable, even if the trip is cancelled.
• If we are unable to complete the work: we refund 100% of what you have paid.

Supplier cancellation policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
